Your Job
You will lead various projects, where you will be responsible for the entire project management process, including planning, budgeting, risk management and timely delivery of your projects. You will communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to define and achieve clear objectives and deliverables.
- The project management process, including planning, budgeting, resource management, and risk management, is in your hands.
- You know how to identify project risks, enabling you to draw up and implement effective risk management plans.
- You proactively monitor project progress and report regularly to management, including recommendations for improvements.
Our Offer
- €4,500 to €6,500 gross per month, depending on experience.
- 32 to 40 hours per week.

Skills
- You have completed a higher professional education or university degree in (Technical Informatics) or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of demonstrable work experience as a Project Manager in managing complex projects within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Successfully managing embedded software projects from start to finish.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, specifically focused on software development.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Experience in managing teams and coaching employees to maximise their potential.
- Results-oriented and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
