The QuickScan aligns well with ISO 27001 and NEN 7510. The questions in the interviews follow the same structure as these standards. We use ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 as a framework to look at all important parts of information security. This allows us to quickly identify where the organisation scores well and where there are areas for improvement.
On average, the QuickScan takes from a half-day to a full day, depending on the size of the organisation. During the scan, we look at different components, such as IT, HR and Legal. This usually involves several key officers, e.g. the IT manager, HR manager and someone from management. Together, we get a good and complete picture of how the organisation deals with information security.
